The Go port is near feature complete https://github.com/Quad4-Software/Reticulum-Go , and microReticulum is just about there for compat https://github.com/attermann/microReticulum

And if you don't need transport node capability, https://reticulum.js.org is also quite complete. Runs also in browsers but then the interface options become a lot more limited (basically just HTTP POST, WebSockets, WebRTC).
